In this session we will be strengthening our outer boundary via the creative life force channel that powers, inspirits and inspires us.

We will work on the spine to help with our courage and bravery, and our solar plexus chakra: the chakra that motivates and moves us. Living from the solar plexus helps us instigate and initiate our dreams and affirmations for ourselves, it helps us have the tenacity and gumption to follow our dreams. Strengthening the solar plexus helps us live the life we were meant to.
